Hand-Operated Intelligent Tester for Static Parameters of Catenary System
Hand-operated intelligent tester for static parameters of catenary system, known as Dr. S, adopts a design scheme of CCD high-speed cameras and linear laser source, which can achieve high frequency measuring of catenary geometrical parameters and fill blank for portable continuous detection on static parameters of catenary system in low speed condition. With the use of high-speed data continuous acquisition technology, it can precisely measure contact wire abrasion status with high frequency and accuracy, which allows it to judge and assess service life of contact wires and local break points that are vulnerable to line breakdown accident. The self-developed data acquisition and analysis software enables to collect various data synchronously in real time, achieves online display, warning, storage or data replay analysis afterwards and establishes a database for each rod so as to meet the requirement of catenary system for daily operation administration and maintenance.
